Journey Work — By Invitation

Some work requires a foundation before it can begin.

Journey work is a 4-day private immersion held in Mexico — a contained, carefully held space for deep inner passage. It is not a retreat. It is not a course. It is a threshold experience, and what happens inside it matters far beyond the four days themselves.

This is why it is offered only to those who have completed prior 1:1 work with me. That prior work isn't a prerequisite on paper — it's the actual preparation. It means your nervous system has been seen, your patterns have been named, and there is already a relationship of trust between us. Without that ground, this depth has nowhere to land.

What the Immersion Includes:

• 4 days in-person in Mexico

• Lodging and all meals

• Transportation during the immersion

• Ceremonial and journey work

• One 2-hour bodywork session

• Optional Horse therapy or temescal, where appropriate

• Continuous pacing, presence, and care — from arrival to departure

Integration - Required, not optional

Three private 1:1 sessions follow the immersion, and they are not add-ons.

What opens during this kind of work needs tending. Integration is how meaning gets made, how the nervous system finds its footing, and how what was touched becomes something you can actually live. It is built into this offering because it is part of this offering.
