​These private immersive experiences are designed for women moving through deep transition, emotional exhaustion, reconnection, or meaningful personal change.

Held in Mexico in an intimate and carefully supported environment, each experience is deeply personalized and rooted in restoration, embodiment, nervous system support, and immersive care.

This is not a traditional retreat or group program. These experiences are intentionally small, relational, and designed around the needs of each individual.

Some experiences require relationship, trust, and preparation before they begin.

For this reason, certain immersive experiences are offered only after prior work together. This creates a foundation of safety, understanding, nervous system awareness, and relational trust that allows deeper work to be approached with greater care and support.

Each immersive experience includes:

• private lodging in Mexico

• nourishing meals

Depending on the needs of the individual, experiences may also include:

• movement and embodiment practices

• bodywork and nervous system support

• ritual and ceremonial space

• conversation and reflection

• nature-based experiences

Three private 1:1 sessions follow the immersion, and they are not add-ons.
