Over four days of ceremony, bodywork, and silence, we’ll practice the sacred art of dying — not literal death, but the release of identities, habits, and protections that keep you small.
You’ll learn to sit with endings without rushing toward the next thing. You’ll feel what surrender actually feels like in the body: heavy at first, then light.

We move slowly. We listen. We let the earth hold what we set down.
