1:1 Midlife Guidance
Private support for women in transition
This work is for women who feel something shifting beneath the surface and want grounded, relational support as they listen for what’s next.
You don’t have to be in crisis.
You don’t need a clear goal.
You don’t need to explain yourself.
You just need a place where you can be honest.
How I Work
I work slowly, intentionally, and in containers. My work is designed for people moving through transition or what I like to call the In-Between and who want consistency, depth, and real integration over time.
I do not offer drop-in sessions.
What This Support Looks Like
Our work together unfolds slowly and with care.
Sessions are conversational, embodied, and responsive to what is present — not formulaic or agenda-driven.
Together we may explore:
• identity and life transitions
• grief and meaning-making
• nervous system regulation
• embodiment and presence
• truth-telling and integration
There is no pressure to arrive anywhere.
The work meets you where you are.
Who is This For
1:1 Midlife Guidance is for women who are:
• navigating identity changes
• moving through grief, endings, or quiet loss
• feeling unmoored after caregiving, partnership shifts, or career changes
• longing to reconnect with themselves
• tired of “doing the work” and ready to integrate
• seeking support that is embodied, relational, and unhurried
This is not performance-based healing.
It’s a steady place to land.

If this feels like the right place to start, you’re invited to request a conversation.
This is a chance to connect, ask questions, and sense whether the work feels aligned.
