1:1 MIDLIFE GUIDANCE
1:1 Midlife Guidance
Private support for women in transition
This work is for women who feel something shifting beneath the surface and want grounded, relational support as they listen for what’s next.
You don’t have to be in crisis.
You don’t need a clear goal.
You don’t need to explain yourself.
You just need a place where you can be honest.

Who This Is For
1:1 Midlife Guidance is for women who are:
• navigating identity changes
• moving through grief, endings, or quiet loss
• feeling unmoored after caregiving, partnership shifts, or career changes
• longing to reconnect with themselves
• tired of “doing the work” and ready to integrate
• seeking support that is embodied, relational, and unhurried
This is not performance-based healing.
It’s a steady place to land.
What This Support Looks Like
Our work together unfolds slowly and with care.
Sessions are conversational, embodied, and responsive to what is present — not formulaic or agenda-driven.
Together we may explore:
• identity and life transitions
• grief and meaning-making
• nervous system regulation
• embodiment and presence
• truth-telling and integration
There is no pressure to arrive anywhere.
The work meets you where you are.
Structure & Investment
1:1 Midlife Guidance is offered as a 3-month container.
• Regular private sessions
• Relational continuity and depth
• Space for integration between sessions
Investment: (keep your current price exactly as is)
This structure allows trust, safety, and real change to emerge over time.
Access & Sliding Scale
I believe this work should be accessible to those who feel genuinely called.
If you are part of an underserved community — including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, or trans — or are experiencing financial hardship, you are welcome to reach out to me directly.
I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spaces and will do my best to meet you with care and honesty.
How to Begin
If this feels like the right place to start, you’re invited to request a conversation.
This is a chance to connect, ask questions, and sense whether the work feels aligned.
