The Integration Circle offers ongoing support for women integrating personal growth, life transitions, and emerging wisdom — together.
Who This Is For
The Integration Circle offers a gentle, reliable rhythm of connection and support.
Each month includes:
• Two live group gatherings (90 minutes each)
• A facilitated circle with space for reflection, listening, and shared presence
• Embodied or grounding practices woven in as needed
• Optional prompts for personal reflection between gatherings
This is not a teaching or curriculum-based space.
It’s a relational one.
You are welcome to speak, listen, or simply be present.
There is no expectation to share every time.
