Women's Circle
Core Philosophy
Women enter this work during midlife transition — when old identities, patterns, and roles no longer fit.
The work moves in layers of depth, not hierarchy:
-
The Entry Container (Working Circle)
-
Deep Personal Work (1:1 Root Work Container)
-
Embodied Initiation (Mexico Journey Retreat)
-
Leadership & Transmission (Elder in Training)
Not every woman moves through every layer.
But the pathway exists for those who feel called deeper.
Level 1
The Entry Container
Working Circle
6-month group container | 4 women
Purpose:
A relational space where women in midlife begin naming what’s shifting in their lives.
Focus:
• identity transitions
• emotional truth-telling
• nervous system awareness
• witnessing and community
• recognizing old patterns
Outcome:
Women begin to understand their personal patterns and the deeper work they may want to explore.
This is where most women begin.
Some women stay here only.
Others feel the call for deeper individual work.
Level 2
Deep Personal Work
1:1 Root Work Container
3 months | 8–12 private sessions
Purpose:
To explore and unwind the deeper emotional patterns and rooted wounds that surface during midlife.
Focus:
• attachment patterns
• relational wounds
• grief and identity shifts
• nervous system regulation
• personal truth and boundary work
Outcome:
Women develop deeper self-awareness and emotional integration.
Not everyone needs this layer.
But for some women, it becomes essential.
Level 3
Embodied Initiation
Mexico Journey Retreat
Purpose:
An immersive environment where women can experience deeper transformation through embodied and ceremonial work.
Focus:
• somatic experience
• ritual and threshold crossing
• letting go of outdated identities
• reconnecting with intuition and body wisdom
Outcome:
Women often experience a profound shift in how they see themselves and their place in the world.
This stage moves the work from intellectual understanding into lived experience.
Level 4
Leadership & Transmission
Elder in Training
Purpose: To support women who feel called to become stabilizing presences within their families and communities.
Focus:
• elder consciousness
• ritual and storytelling
• holding space for others
• leadership through presence
• community building
Outcome:
Women begin stepping into elderhood — not as authority figures, but as grounded guides within their communities.
This is the deepest level of the work.

Additional Entry Point
8-Week Self-Paced Workshop
Purpose: A foundational introduction to the themes of midlife transition and identity shift.
Role in ecosystem:
• accessible starting point
• allows women to engage privately
• helps them determine if deeper work is right for them
Many women who complete the workshop later join the Working Circle.
